The most authentic market experience in Tel Aviv is definitely the HaTikva market. The market offers an amazing variety of traditional food. You'll find Yemenite bakery goods, Bukhari bread, Iraqi kobah, Moroccan zagola, an exciting selection of ethnic dishes.
A few years ago, the market went through renovation, therefore the shopping experience is very pleasant, the market is clean and rich in goods. Because it's visited by less tourist, it's generally less crowded compared to other Tel Aviv markets.
Further Market photography walking tours are available to Carmel Market, Levinsky Market, Ramla Market and Machnei Yehuda Market.
